Futureheads was established in 2009; combining the skills of four highly experienced industry professionals. They targeted the growing digital media market in the UK. Part of their original business plan was to find a funder to assist with the working capital demands that are an inevitable consequence of placing temporary contractors. They considered a number of contenders including their own bank’s subsidiary. Futureheads' philosophy is summed up in their poster in their boardroom: 

work hard and be nice to people poster.

As much as wanting a competitive facility, they wanted a company that they felt had the same philosophy and with whom they could build a long term relationship.

We are proud to say that they chose Calverton Finance over the competition and we continue to have a great working relationship. We have seen the fledgling company grow to over 30 staff and they are continuing to expand.
