Payroll Finance Additional Services - Our fees Simply Explained

Payroll Finance: Menu of fees for additional services

Our payroll finance service for Temporary Recruitment agencies provides your business with funding and optional back office support. In addition to our standard service, we also offer full support with your Auto Enrolment and Employment Intermediaries Reporting.

 1. Auto Enrolment service:

In order to make this as simple as possible for you, we provide 2 service options so you can choose which one is right for you, Standard and Premium:

Standard Auto Enrolment Service – Weekly Charge £2.50 per employee
This service includes the following:
  • Deduction of pension contributions from employee wages
  • Basic pension reporting – changes report/deductions report/entitled-eligible report
  • Opt-out processing on Sage Payroll
Premium Auto Enrolment Service – Weekly Charge £5.00 per employee
This service includes the following:
  • Deduction of pension contributions from employee wages
  • Basic pension reporting – changes report/deductions report/entitled-eligible report
  • Opt-out processing on Sage Payroll
  • Introduction Letters/Eligible Letters/Postponement Letters
  • Scheduling of Employee correspondence/Opt-Outs
  • Liaison with pension provider on all queries in relation to the pension deductions
  • Reporting direct to the pension provider including preparation of csv files for upload
2. Auto Enrolment Pension Service

This service includes the setting up of all employees on a pension scheme in the payroll software, the first assessment data needed for the pension provider and liaison with The Pensions Regulator and the client’s chosen pension provider during the initial set up of the pension scheme.

One off set up fee:

Clients with under 10 employees £100
Clients with 11 to 20 employees £200
Clients with 21 to 30 employees £300
Clients with 31 to 40 employees £400
Clients with 41 to 50 employees £500
Clients with 51+ employees £500 rising by £50 for every 50 employees

In addition we also support many of our Recruitment business owners with their Employment Intermediaries Reporting. A menu of fees relating to this service is below:

3. Employment Intermediaries Reporting

Up to 50 contractors - £2.50 per contractor per pay frequency
51 contractors to 100 contractors - £1.50 per contractor per pay frequency
101 contractors to 200 contractors - £1.00 per contractor per pay frequency
201 contractors to 350 contractors - £0.75 per contractor per pay frequency
351+ contractors - fee to be negotiated with you
