The Management and Client Services Team

With over 21 years experience in the finance industry, Sharon heads up the Calverton Finance Southern Office.

Her skills and knowledge are integral to expanding Calverton's presence in the South of England and her service ethics and professional yet friendly manner ensure strong relationships are built with both new and existing clients in the region.  

It’s not all business... for pleasure, Sharon loves to travel, and can’t think of anything nicer than a holiday with her young family – well, perhaps good food, fine wine and a workout! 

Shauna has worked for Calverton Finance since 2008 and joined Calverton Finance as a Credit Controller. She has risen through the ranks to Operations Manager, where she heads up a team to provide the best service for their recruitment clients.

Her main responsibilities include working with our Client Managers to ensure all clients are given the best possible support on a daily basis.

Shauna is an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club and attends matches when she can.

Liz has worked for Calverton Finance for over 15 years and has been in the finance industry most of her working life. As our Senior Client Manager she is responsible for looking after her client's relationships and their business needs. With her team her clients accounts are continually reviewed to ensure the need to cover their cashflow can be met.

Liz continues to enjoy holidays to exciting far flung destinations. She now has a granddaughter so much of her time and money, of course, is spent with her.

Adam first joined Calverton straight from school and started an apprenticeship in 2010. After completing his NVQ, he then became a Credit Controller, moving quickly to a Senior Credit Controller position, Client Executive and now Client Manager.

Adam has aims of building a strong team to provide the best service possible.

Adam is an avid gym goer and also plays football for a local team. In addition, Adam likes going on holidays abroad and socialising with friends and family.

Kaylee has worked for Calverton for many years and has successfully progressed up the corporate ladder from Credit Controller, Client Executive and now Client Manager.

Kaylee enjoys supporting clients on a daily basis and helping with any funding requirements. Investing time and an active interest in the growth of her clients, Kaylee likes to build strong relationships that last.  She explains that "the most satisfying and enjoyable part of my role is dealing with people and helping where I can. Calverton offer a great work ethic “happy employee, happy client."

In her spare time, Kaylee is entertained by her two British bulldogs and long walks in the woods (Once she can persuade them to go in the first place!). In addition to visiting her local village pub and garden.

With over 29 years of invoice finance experience, Charlie has wealth of knowledge, not only as a Client Manager, but has also undertaken roles as Credit Controller, Auditor and Financial Controller.

Based from our southern office and with her knowledge, Charlie whole heartedly cares about customer service without the compromise of client security. Charlie explains “I am delighted to have joined the Calverton Finance team and its rapidly expanding Gatwick office.”

Having lived in Spain for two years, Charlie enjoys traveling and has plans to fulfil her bucket list of countries to visit, including Australia and Bali. In her spare time she also enjoys the gym, yoga and spending time with their 2 grandchildren.

With over 9 years of invoice finance experience, Charmaine started her career with Calverton Finance as a Credit Controller. Charmaine was then promoted to Client Executive and now has recently been promoted to Client Manager.

Charmaine plans to continue to grow the awareness of Calverton Finance within the invoice finance/back office industry. She will continue to support the Operations Manager to grow the payroll team and continue to provide an excellent service.

In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys going to the gym and has found a new enjoyment in running. Whilst also spending time with her little blue roan cocker spaniel, she also spends her holidays going to Italy as often as possible, to see her daughter and granddaughter.
